as customers, are very willing to share our
negative feedback with company management
and choose to overlook good customer service.
The service extended to me, not only by you,
but your team as well, on a recent trip to
San Diego, was nothing short of outstanding.
I
was running late and in danger of missing
my flight; but with your advice and direction
and the expedient attention and follow-through
of your staff, I not only made my flight,
but had time to spare. Also, I was assigned
check-in at one terminal, but your driver
suggested a less crowded terminal, which saved
me time. Because
of the care and professionalism provided by
you and your staff, I will continue using
your service and will definitely recommend
your service to my family and friends. It’s
refreshing to know that OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER

We
wanted to personally send a note to you complimenting
Ms. Thomas for excellent Customer Service.
She was wonderful in trying to assist us in
getting our van started. She was prompt and
exhausted all available options to jump start
our van in the late evening. Afterward when
it was obvious that we were not going anywhere
soon with a dead battery, tired, hungry twins
with the rain starting to get heavy, she drove
us back to the front and offerred us the use
of your facility. She kept her cheery attitude
to keep us calm and relaxed on a very stressful
situation. She was very helpful in anything
we needed to resolve our problem (tow company
phone numbers, use of phone, willing to direct
calls to us if we had family calling, address
of the facility, bathroom, water, etc). It
was more than we could have wished for in
our situation. We decided to leave the car
and return the next day with a battery and
she offerred us a complimentary pass for one
day which ya'll did not have to do. It made
the whole situation a little easier to handle
when we were dealing with such a pleasant
person like Ms. Thomas. This proves to us
that you are not just in it for the revenue
but also place a high emphasis on Customer
Service and we will be loyal customers in
the future whenever we travel by plane. In
addition, we will be sending referrals your
way whenever the opportunity arrives. Also,
thank you very much Mr. Bernard for allowing
us to use your mechanic to get our battery
installed.

None of your subject headers are appropriate
for my kudos to Ms.Thomas. As a newcomer to
your program, I was not thoroughly familiar
with your crediting process for my recent
stay that occurred on 2/3-4/2007. Upon calling
Ms. Thomas on 2/19/2007,she took the information
and told me to give her 24-48hrs. to resolve
the credit issue. Ms.Thomas resolved the problem
within 1-1/2 of my call and to follow calls
to me. In my experience with credit issues
and/or customer service THIS DUE DELIGENCE
WAS WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. Kudos to Ms.Thomas.
If she change company, tell her to e-mail
me, Iwill change with her.

My
business and personal travel has been split
between Hobby and Bush, but when I'm flying
out of Bush I refuse to use any parking service
besides Fast Park and Relax. I even use your
service for day trips when I would have before
used the close-in terminal parking. I have
found that I can park and get to the terminal
nearly as fast as I can circle the terminal
parking garage in search of a space.
Your
drivers are courteous, professional, and eager
to help in any way possible. I have referred
you to several friends and colleagues, and
all of them come back to me with appreciation
for the recommendation.
I
want to personally commend Samuel, one of
your drivers, for going the extra mile every
time I have the privilege of riding with him.
He is very personable, always a help, and
it's always nice to see a friendly face after
a long and often stressful trip. I have had
positive experiences with all of your employees,
but Samuel has stood out as someone who really
wants
to make your customers happy. I wish I worked
with more people like Samuel, and commend
you for phenomenal ability to hire great people.

This
is not a concern, but quite the contrary.
I wanted to extend a big thank you to Ardean.
On Tuesday morning, April 11, I rode his shuttle
from the lot to the airport. Just before arrival
at the terminal, I realized that I left my
ID in my car, and had less than an hour until
my flight left. Ardean was kind enough not
only to drive me back to my car and then again
to the terminal, but he was also extremely
friendly, telling me that my mistake was not
the first. Plus, he repeatedly assured me
that I had plenty of time before my flight
left. Sure enough, I arrived at the gate just
as the plane was boarding. Thank you Ardean!
People like him are the reason that I have
a membership with Fast Park in Cleveland.

an incredible kindness you showed us Monday
night when we discovered we had lost our car

graciousness. We were so grateful to be able

A
few things went into my decision to register
at FastPark and Relax:Paper at the drive up
is very nice since I usually leave pretty
early in the morning.The frequent use card
works well at entry and exit. Also, all of
the staff around to help us get it right are
very helpful.New busses - They may or may
not be new busses but if they are clean and
look sharp (like they do), it is much nicer
than the older dirty ones from other services
I have used . Number of buses - everywhere
I look I see your busses, that is good when
I want to get home quick. Frequent park rewards
- I am not sure what happened to the rewards
program at other companies but it is not offered
to me any more. Maybe I have to ask or something,
but yours is being pushed hard and is easy
to use. Online receipt checking - I work on
expense reports and that is a great advantage
if I loose one of the receipts.So overall,
y'all blow the other services I have used
out of the water. Thanks for the good customer
service!

I
would like to let you know about one of your
drivers, Constance, that picked us up from
the Houston airport on July 8th. As soon as
she saw me hurrying toward the van she opened
the doors and put all of our luggage on the
van by herself and it was heavy with dive
gear. We tried to help but she wouldn't let
us. After I sat down I realized that I had
dropped one of our passports somewhere. Constance
said for me to go look for it and she would
wait for me. Fortunately I found it right
next to the curb. Constance provided us with
the best customer service in a place where
we never expect any. When she dropped us off
noting would do until she unloaded the bags
herself. I just wanted someone to know what
a great employee she is. Very friendly and
helpful. I just couldn't believe the service
we received. Thank you so much.

I
just wanted to thank you for recommending
the Houston Fast Park and Ride during our
meeting last month. My husband and I took
advantage of the free parking while we went
to Maui last week. Talk about service!
First of all, the woman in the booth was so
patient with us while we got directions to
the lot (we got lost). Once we got there,
the shuttle arrived in about 5 seconds. I'm
not joking--they ARE fast. The driver was
kind and the air conditioned bus was comfortable
and very clean.
We received the same service on our trip back
to Houston. The driver carried my heavy, now
loaded down with souvenirs, bag to the bus
and drove us to our exact parking spot. He
even waited for us until we got in the car.
I am very impressed!
Please feel free to pass this on to whomever
deals with customer service and let them know
how much we appreciate your help. I'm sure
our employees will feel this way once they
use your services.
