FastPark
is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
You do not need to call ahead for reservations
or to request a shuttle. Someone is always
on-site to assist you.

How
does the service work?
A:
Upon
entrance, you will be greeted by a Cashier
who will instruct you where to park. A
shuttle will follow you to your parking
space. You will be offered luggage assistance.
The driver will give you a location card
that will indicate the space and row that
your car is parked in. You will be driven
to the airport and dropped off at your
departure terminal. Upon return,
you should proceed outside of the baggage
claim, where a FastPark shuttle will pick
you up. There is no need to call for pick-up,
as our shuttles continuously circle the
area. You will hand your location card
to the driver. The driver will proceed
back to FastPark and drop you off at your
car door.

What
if I get a flat tire or have trouble with
my car?
A:
The
FastPark management staff is trained to
assist in getting customers on their way
home as quickly as possible. We can handle
flat tires and battery jumps very quickly
on-site and will assist with other services
as needed.
Q:
How
long does it take to get to the airport
from FastPark?
A:
In general, it takes approximately
5 -10 minutes from the time you enter
the FastPark facility until you are
dropped off at the airport.

How
do I pick a shuttle up when I return?
A:
Exit through baggage claim. FastPark buses
continually circle the area.
Q:
Do
I need to call for a reservation?
A:
No.
FastPark is open 24 hours a day. Our FastPark
locations have ample parking.
Use
your card to enter the facility rather
than taking a ticket. Upon exiting the
facility, present your Relax for Rewards
Account Card and then method of payment.
Q:
How
do I accumulate points?
A:
You
will receive 1 point for every full paid
day that you park with us.
As
long as you are an active member of the
program (park at least once within the
calendar year), your points will not expire.
Q:
Can
my family members use my Relax for Rewards
Account Card?
A:
Yes,
family members with the same last name
may use your Relax for Rewards Account
Card.
Q:
How
do I know my Relax for Rewards Points
Total?
A:
Login
to 'My Account' to view point totals and
parking history.

What
happens if I lose my Relax for Rewards
Account Card?
A:
If
you lose your Relax for Rewards Account
Card, click here
and complete the lost card form. We will
cancel your old membership and activate
a new card for you. Your new card will
be mailed to you within 5-7 business days.

What
if I have more than one membership number/card?
A:
Call
your local FastPark facility and let
them know. They will work with you to
combine your points and eliminate the
extra account.

Do
you have Corporate Programs?
A:
Yes.
we do have Corporate programs designed
for those organizations with frequent travelers.
