I just wanted to let you know that
I parked at your location at the Tucson airport this weekend for the first time, and
was extremely pleased with my experience. I travel every couple of weeks and had been
parking at the city long term lot, from which I usually ended up walking to/from the
airport because the shuttle took so long and was such a frustrating experience. Fast Park
& Relax was so different - very prompt service, excellent rates for covered parking, and
friendly employees. I just singed up for your rewards program and will be parking there
everytime! Thanks!

I parked at fast park(MKE)
for the first time last week and I am extremely pleased with the service, especially the
frequency of the shuttle, the little parking space card (so i would never lost my car again!
or scrumble to find a pen to write down my parking space and bus stop number). The free water
was a nice surprise as well. Everything went very well and I will definitely park at Fast Park
again in the future.

I don't very often take the time to
write a complimentary note to big corporations but I'm making the effort because I want everyone
to know that all the Tucson employees that have either met me at the gate in the morning, or lifted
my luggage out of my trunk, or driven me to and from the airport are all exceptional. I've made several
trips out of the Tucson airport this past summer and each time I am parking in your new Tucson lot. A
couple of things I really like - besides the covered spaces for all vehicles! 1) The free newspaper I
am given in the mornings when I leave on very early flights; 2) the clean buses and the courteous, friendly
drivers; and 3) the really cold free bottle of water your employees hand to me when I'm paying to leave the
lot! And in Tucson in the summer especially, that is a big deal! What a great idea to add that little extra.
Your parking fee is more than fair for the service you give. Your location is the closest to the airport, too,
and it takes less than five minutes from the time your driver picks my luggage out of my trunk after I've parked
to the time he sets it on the sidewalk at the airport entry doors. I am tipping well for this customer service
because it deserves recognition. Keep telling your employees their good work is paying off and your customers
are noticing and spreading the good word.

I just wanted to let someone
know how truly wonderful it is to get great customer service nowadays. My family and I just
came in on an overnight flight from Hawaii following our family vacation. Unfortunately, on the
way home my husband had to catch another flight in the same airport and I had to lug about 20
suitcases with 2 very tired children who have been traveling all night. Our driver, Steve, was
incredible - not only was he professional and efficient - he actually took the time - in the
middle of 100 degree weather - to help me make sure all of my luggage fit in my car securely
and made sure I could close the trunks (who actually thinks of these things?). I was so thankful
and so overwhelmed, that I immediately wanted to tell the cashier attentant how awesome he was
when - wouldn't you know it - I was met by yet another example of the high standards at FastPark
- when I met Rebecca who efficiently checked me out but, as she was handing me my receipt - she
noticed that my children were very hot, tired, and not the cutest to say the least - Rebecca pulled
open a cooler and asked them if they would like a very cold bottle of water - you would have thought
that she offered free icecream by the looks on their faces. I am so happy that with prices going
up everywhere - at FastPark - you really can have it all - incredible customer service and incredible
prices.

with your service at the new Raleigh, NC location.
I waited all of 2 minutes for Dwayne to pick
me up & transport me directly to my car.

Tucson station is awesome. I stay there for
personal as well as business trips. You've
got everyone beat, hands down. I never have
to wait for the shuttle and the people are
wonderful at the checkout. I thought you might
want to know this in case know has ever relayed
this info to you. I travel with some other
girls and have suggested your place to them
- they now only stay with Fast Park and Relax
when they travel. It is nice to refer a company
that you like.

We just wanted to thank you again for all
you did to make our unfortunate loss of our
keys on our 12 day trip to Hawaii less stressful.
We had just finished an 8 hour all night flight
and was totally exhausted when your shuttle
dropped us off, only to find out one of the
security check points had obviously not returned
our keys to the proper bag. Then when I called
the locksmith to have some keys made, we were
again shocked to find out only a dealership
could make the keys. You came to our rescue
at this point and we will not forget it. I
own a service company and am shocked regularly
to find the quality of service, or lack thereof,
many companies provide. I was pleased with
the quality of service of all of your employees
prior to you ever coming into the picture.
Then when you provided us with personalized
service to take us and help get keys made,
I could understand why your employees were
so service oriented. Thanks again many times
over.

share our negative feedback with company management
and choose to overlook good customer service.
The service extended to me, not only by you,
but your team as well, on a recent trip to
San Diego, was nothing short of outstanding.

was running late and in danger of missing
my flight; but with your advice and direction

of your staff, I not only made my flight,
but had time to spare. Also, I was assigned
check-in at one terminal, but your driver
suggested a less crowded terminal, which saved

We
wanted to personally send a note to you complimenting
Ms. Thomas for excellent Customer Service.
She was wonderful in trying to assist us in
getting our van started. She was prompt and
exhausted all available options to jump start
our van in the late evening. Afterward when
it was obvious that we were not going anywhere
soon with a dead battery, tired, hungry twins
with the rain starting to get heavy, she drove
us back to the front and offerred us the use
of your facility. She kept her cheery attitude
to keep us calm and relaxed on a very stressful
situation. She was very helpful in anything
we needed to resolve our problem (tow company
phone numbers, use of phone, willing to direct
calls to us if we had family calling, address
of the facility, bathroom, water, etc). It
was more than we could have wished for in
our situation. We decided to leave the car
and return the next day with a battery and
she offerred us a complimentary pass for one
day which ya'll did not have to do. It made
the whole situation a little easier to handle
when we were dealing with such a pleasant
person like Ms. Thomas. This proves to us
that you are not just in it for the revenue
but also place a high emphasis on Customer
Service and we will be loyal customers in
the future whenever we travel by plane. In
addition, we will be sending referrals your
way whenever the opportunity arrives. Also,
thank you very much Mr. Bernard for allowing
us to use your mechanic to get our battery
installed.

business and personal travel has been split
between Hobby and Bush, but when I'm flying
out of Bush I refuse to use any parking service
besides Fast Park and Relax. I even use your
service for day trips when I would have before
used the close-in terminal parking. I have
found that I can park and get to the terminal
nearly as fast as I can circle the terminal
parking garage in search of a space.
Your
drivers are courteous, professional, and eager
to help in any way possible. I have referred
you to several friends and colleagues, and
all of them come back to me with appreciation
for the recommendation.
I
want to personally commend Samuel, one of
your drivers, for going the extra mile every
time I have the privilege of riding with him.
He is very personable, always a help, and
it's always nice to see a friendly face after
a long and often stressful trip. I have had
positive experiences with all of your employees,
but Samuel has stood out as someone who really
wants
to make your customers happy. I wish I worked
with more people like Samuel, and commend
you for phenomenal ability to hire great people.

What
an incredible kindness you showed us Monday
night when we discovered we had lost our car
keys! Thank you, thank you for your exceptional
graciousness. We were so grateful to be able
to get home, dash off for College Station,
arrive just on time, gather some business
clothes for post-graduation interviewing yesterday
and throughout this week and return to Houston.
Because of you, my son Andrew could properly
fulfill his engagements, and I am thankful
beyond words. Yesterday as I was trying to
